Fury’s Fight Picks is Taking a Break

I’m taking a 1-2 month break from my site (targeting an early 2018 return) while I focus on some other things that I’ve been pushing off for too long, such as moving across the country. I would have liked to have given more advanced notice but the way things lined up, this came very fast and I didn’t know until last week that the break would be so soon.

Nothing bad happened to me or anything. Rather, many good things are happening and I’m in a great place. I can’t focus on them and do all the work that comes with betting and the website. The only way to keep the site up during this upcoming couple months would be to slack on the betting research, which is something I refuse to do. I don’t bet unless I can give the research my full attention for the week leading up to each card.

It is possible that I don’t ever return. It all depends on how some stuff goes during the break. Fortunately, I’ve reached the point where I’m financially set and no longer have to work (not bad for someone who grew up in a family on food stamps and welfare). However, I still want to do some type of work because I’m a workaholic and I enjoy it. What work that specifically is, I’m not sure yet. I have some opportunities that have arisen and I’m going to be looking into them during this break. One of them might interest you guys, but I can’t say anything about it right now.

Also, while on this break, there may still be some strong leans I have on cards and perhaps I will have time to research them. So it’s possible I may post some bets during the break, but no promises. If I post them, they will be posted through my premium service like usual.

Speaking of the premium service: if you’re a premium member and wonder how this break affects your subscription, check the premium bet page where I posted information about that.

I hope to have more details about things, including a specific return date, in January. I almost surely won’t be returning until at least February, though. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

In the meantime, I’ll still be active on my social media accounts such as Twitter and Facebook
